Dividends
We have consistently pursued an approach in which the company’s growth goes hand in hand with sharing profits with shareholders. This is confirmed by specific dividend decisions in recent years.
To 2024 The General Meeting decided to pay dividends in the total amount of 660,000.00 PLN, which translated into PLN 0.55 per share. This is the highest payout to date in the company’s history.
Earlier, for 2023, shareholders received 494,023.50 PLN, i.e. PLN 0.45 per share, which confirmed the company’s return to regular payments after a period of intensive investment.
Dividends were also paid For 2019 and 2022.
In total, to date we have already paid out nearly PLN 1.64 million in dividends, treating it as an important part of building long-term shareholder value.
Each dividend decision is made with a view to balancing the company’s financial security, the further development of new exhibitions and locations, and the shareholders’ share of the profit generated.

We are also present at industry events, such as travel conferences, where we promote our brand and establish new relationships.
