Kolejkowo is open for visitors from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00, on weekends from 10.00 to 19.00 (does not apply to the Model Shop in Jelenia Góra)
30 minutes before closing, Visitors are no longer allowed in and the ticket office does not sell admission tickets.
Visitors are required to purchase an admission ticket.
Kolejkowo can be visited individually or in groups.
Visitors are entitled to purchase a discounted ticket upon presentation of the relevant documents:
children aged 3–18,
students,
pensioners and retirees,
persons with disabilities and their caregiver.
Free admission is granted to group supervisors, with one supervisor admitted free of charge for every ten participants.
Group supervisors are responsible for the conduct and safety of organized groups during their visit.
The following are prohibited on the premises:
smoking,
being in an intoxicated state,
bringing animals onto the premises,
entering areas not open to visitors
bringing in firearms and dangerous objects,
admission to persons whose behavior poses a threat to the safety of other visitors or the exhibits, or violates generally accepted standards of conduct in public places.
In the event of an alarm, including a fire alarm, visitors must immediately leave the building through the designated exits and follow the instructions of personnel supervising the evacuation.
Any person who fails to comply with these Regulations or with generally accepted standards of conduct in public places may be held liable under applicable law.
Kolejkowo shall not be liable for items left unattended on the premises.
Complaints and suggestions from visitors may be submitted to the Kolejkowo facility manager during business hours.
Visitors are welcome to take photographs and record videos. 🙂
