Kolejkowo is the largest model railroad exhibition in Poland. It’s a one-of-a-kind place that will delight more than just railroad enthusiasts. It’s a magical journey into a world where day and night last only a moment, and where the miniature residents of Kolejkowo lead lives that aren’t always peaceful. Passing trains, flashing lights, the hustle and bustle of the city, the idyll of the countryside, nightlife, vacations by the water, or a real storm rumbling over Ruda Śląska, drenching the miniature residents with falling rain. Kolejkowo is real life reproduced on mock-ups. The monumental Gliwice radio station, the Peace Ironworks, stores straight from the Katowice promenade, and even a typical Silesian dinner served in a local restaurant. Realism and precision are a matter of course with us. The buildings reflect their true appearance, and you will notice every grimace or smile on the tiny faces of Kolejkowiczans.
We came up with something extra and created a Western town called “Wild Gliwice”, where you will find a saloon, a sheriff, Indians, the Wright brothers at the construction of the world’s first airplane, and a miniature of a “Western River” ship sailing on the Mississippi.
