Is Kolejkowo open on non-trading Sundays?
Kolejkowo is open 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays.
Is Kolejkowo a good place for young children?
Of course. Even a few months old toddlers visit us. There are special platforms at the mock-up for smaller children so they can see all the details clearly. An equally interesting attraction for the little ones, is the themed playground we offer.
Can wheelchair users visit the Kolejkowo?
The entire facility is handicap accessible. The entrance to the facility is barrier-free, and an elevator is available inside. The exhibition area is large enough to move around freely with a wheelchair.
Is it possible to enter with a baby stroller?
You can. There's plenty of room for a stroller.
Are there limits to the tour time in Kolejkowo?
No, time is limited only by opening hours.
Is it possible to take pictures in Kolejkowo?
As much as possible! We encourage you to photograph and film and also share them online. #kolejkowo is our middle name 🙂
On average, how long does it take to visit the mock-up?
The tour time is unlimited, but it usually takes between 1.5 - 2 hours.
Is it possible to enter Kolejkowo with animals?
You can't, even with the smallest ones.
Is there a locker room on site?
Yes - free of charge.

How to get to Kolejkowo by public transportation?
City bus routes 232 and 687 will take you directly to the Europa Centralna Shopping Centre parking lot. Click here for a detailed map and directions.
Is there a parking lot next to Kolejkowo?
Kolejkowo is located in the Europa Centralna shopping center, with a large parking lot adjacent to it. You will park your car or bus directly at the door.

How much do tickets cost at Kolejkowo?
A regular ticket costs 55 zł, and a reduced-price ticket costs 45 zł. Children up to 3 years old can tour the model for free. Reduced-price tickets are available for children aged 3 and older and people up to 26 years of age (upon presentation of valid ID), as well as for retirees, disability benefit recipients, people with disabilities, and their caregivers.
Are there group tickets at the Queue?
For organized groups, a regular ticket costs PLN 40, a discounted ticket costs PLN 32. The group must have a minimum of 15 people. Advance reservations are necessary - by phone at 880 006 001 or by email: [email protected].
How much will a disabled person's caregiver pay for a ticket to Kolejkov?

Will we pay by card in Kolejkovo?
Yes, of course.
Are there discounts for Large Family Card (and other family cards) holders in Kolejkovo?
It doesn't. We have regular and discounted tickets.
Is it necessary to book tickets to Kolejkov in advance?
You don't have to. However, we encourage you to purchase tickets online - you will avoid the queue at the ticket office and enter at the scheduled time.Reservations are required only for the visit of organized groups.
Do you have to print tickets purchased online?
Needless to say. We care about forests and the environment. All you need is a ticket stored on an electronic medium.
Is it possible to buy Railway tickets as a gift?
Yes, you can. Such special tickets are valid for 3 months.
Is it possible to receive an invoice for a ticket to Kolejkov
Of course. If necessary, we will invoice you on the spot.

I have purchased tickets online - what if I don't make it to the selected time?
Tickets are valid one hour after the time purchased. Minor lateness is not a problem.
