Yes, the tour in Jelenia Gora focuses on the process of creating mock-ups, differing in this way from the exhibitions in Gliwice and Wroclaw, which aim to present finished mock-ups.
Can you see the modelers at work during the tour?
Yes, visitors can see modelers at work on new projects - on days off and holidays on a limited basis.
Is the Model Railroad Shop suitable for children?
Yes, the Model Shop is tailored to children, offering educational and fun attractions. In order to take full advantage of the attractions, the age of children should not be lower than 6 years old.
Is Kolejkowo Modelarnia open on non-commercial Sundays?
Kolejkowo is open 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays.
Is it possible to enter with a baby stroller?
You can. There's plenty of room for a stroller.
Is it possible to take pictures in Kolejkovo?
As much as possible! We encourage you to photograph and film and also share them online. #railway is our middle name 🙂
On average, how long does it take to visit the Model Railroad Plant?
The tour usually takes an hour.
Is it possible to enter the Queue with animals?
You can't, even with the smallest ones.
Do guides give tours in other languages?
Yes, our guides will also guide tourists in English.
Can wheelchair users visit the Queue?
Yes.
Is there a locker room on site?
There is no locker room on site, there is a rack where you can leave your belongings.
Are there workshops available on site?
Yes.The workshops can be used by both organized groups and individual customers. Our current offer includes a tour combined with a workshop.
How does the Model Shop incorporate modern technology to create and "bring to life" mock-ups?
The model shop uses technologies such as 3D printing and advanced control systems to animate mock-ups.
Is there a gift store at the Model Shop?
Yes, there is a gift store in the exit area.

How to get to Kolejkowa Modelarnia by public transportation?
Near Kolejkov there are several stops where buses stop. You can reach us by bus line 10 getting off at the stop "Legnicka 02. You can buy your ticket at ticket machines at the stops, at kiosks and on the bus (payment by credit card only).
Is there a parking lot next to the Railroad?
Yes, there is free parking right next to the attraction.
Tickets
How much do tickets cost at the Queue?
A regular ticket costs 50 zlotys, a discounted ticket costs 40 zlotys. Children up to 3 years old visit the mock-up free of charge. The concession applies to children from 3 and up to 26 years of age, upon presentation of an ID card, pensioners, disabled people and their caregivers.
Is it necessary to book tickets to Kolejkov in advance?
Needless to say. We encourage you to buy your tickets online - you will avoid the queue at the box office and pay less by getting in at the scheduled time. Only visits by organized groups require reservations.
Do you have to print tickets purchased online?
Needless to say. We care about forests and the environment. All you need is a ticket stored on an electronic medium.
Are there group tickets at the Queue?
Yes. For organized groups, a normal ticket costs - 35 PLN, a discounted ticket - 30 PLN. The group must have a minimum of 15 people. It is necessary to book in advance - by phone at 880 004 008 or by e-mail: [email protected]
Will we pay by card in Kolejkovo?
Yes. Of course.
How much will a disabled person's caregiver pay for a ticket to Kolejkov?
The caregiver of a disabled person pays for a discounted ticket.
Are there discounts for Large Family Card (and other family cards) holders in Kolejkovo?
They don't. We have discounted tickets and group tickets for groups of more than 15 people.
Is it possible to receive an invoice for a ticket to Kolejkov?
Of course. If necessary, we will invoice you on the spot.
Is it possible to buy Railway tickets as a gift?
Of course. Such special tickets are valid for 3 months.
