Kolejkowo is open 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays.
Is Kolejkowo a good place for young children?
Of course! We are visited by little ones who are just a few months old. There are special step stools along the model railway for smaller children, so they can easily see all the tiny details.
Is it possible to enter with a baby stroller?
Yes, you can! There is plenty of space for strollers throughout the venue.
Is there a time limit for visiting Kolejkowo?
No, there isn't. Your time here is limited only by our opening hours.
Is it possible to take pictures in Kolejkowo?
Absolutely! We highly encourage you to take photos, film videos, and share them online. #kolejkowo is our middle name!
How long, on average, does a mock-up tour take?
The tour time is unlimited, but it usually takes between 1.5 - 2 hours.
Are pets allowed inside Kolejkowo?
No, pets are not allowed, even the smallest ones.
Do the tour guides offer tours in other languages?
No, our guides only provide tours in Polish.

Kolejkowo in Warsaw is located in the very center of the city, which makes it easy and convenient to reach us by public transportation. How much do tickets cost at Kolejkowo?
A regular ticket costs PLN 55, and a discounted ticket costs PLN 45. Children under 3 can visit free of charge. Reduced pricing applies to children aged 3+ and students/youth up to 26 years of age (with a valid student/school ID), pensioners, retirees, people with disabilities, and their caregivers.
Is it necessary to book tickets to Kolejkowo in advance?
No, it is not required. However, we highly encourage purchasing your tickets online - this allows you to skip the ticket office queue and enter at your scheduled time. Please note that reservations are only required for organized groups.
Do I need to print my online tickets?
Needless to say. We take care of the forests and the environment. All you need is a ticket stored on an electronic medium.
Can we pay by card in Kolejkowo?
Yes. Of course.
How much does a ticket cost for a caregiver accompanying a person with disabilities?
Caregivers are eligible for a discounted ticket.
Are there discounts for Large Family Card (Karta Dużej Rodziny) or other family card holders at Kolejkowo?
No, we do not offer these specific discounts. However, we do provide discounted tickets as well as group rates for groups of over 15 people.
Can I get an invoice for my Kolejkowo ticket?
Yes. In the case of purchasing tickets at the box office, the invoice is issued on the spot. If you purchase tickets online, you can receive an invoice after selecting the "I want to receive a VAT invoice" option when placing an order and providing your invoice details.
Is it possible to buy Kolejkowo tickets as a gift?
Of course! Our gift tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
I bought my tickets online - what happens if I’m running late for my selected time slot?
Don't worry, tickets remain valid for up to one hour after your scheduled time. Being a little late is not a problem!
