Is Kolejkowo open on non-commercial Sundays?
Kolejkowo is open 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays.
Is Kolejkowo a good place for young children?
Of course! We are visited by little ones who are just a few months old. There are special step stools along the model railway for smaller children, so they can easily see all the tiny details.
Is it possible to enter with a baby stroller?
Yes, you can! There is plenty of space for strollers throughout the venue.
Is there a time limit for visiting Kolejkowo?
No, there isn't. Your time here is limited only by our opening hours.
Is it possible to take pictures in Kolejkowo?
Absolutely! We highly encourage you to take photos, film videos, and share them online. #kolejkowo is our middle name! 🙂
How long, on average, does a mock-up tour take?
The tour time is unlimited, but it usually takes between 1.5 - 2 hours.
Are pets allowed inside Kolejkowo?
No, pets are not allowed, even the smallest ones.
Do the tour guides offer tours in other languages?
No, our guides only provide tours in Polish.
However, throughout the entire exhibition, you will find QR codes with descriptions available in Polish, English, German, Ukrainian, Czech, and Spanish.
Is Kolejkowo accessible for wheelchair users?

Is there a cloakroom on-site?
Yes, there is a free cloakroom available.

How to get to Kolejkowo by public transportation?
From Wrocław Główny Railway Station, you can directly reach us by streetcar number 2 in the direction of the loop "KRZYKI". The starting stop "Dworzec Główny" (Stop ID: 10223) is located on Kołłątaja Street (behind the "Piast" Hotel). The streetcar stops exactly under the skyscraper building at the "Wielka" stop (Stop ID: 11203). An alternative to the streetcar is bus line 125 in the direction of the "TYNIECKA" loop. The starting bus stop called "Bus Station" (Bus Stop ID: 21121) is located between the Railway Station and Bus Station buildings on Sucha Street. Get off at the stop called "Hirszfelda Square" (Stop ID: 11335), which is located behind the Sky Tower building on Krucza Street.
How to get from the Zoo/Centennial Hall?
After a walk in the Wroclaw Zoo or a visit to the Centennial Hall Complex, you can directly transfer to Kolejkowo, without transfers and additional complications. Just use public transportation. From the stops "ZOO" (Stop ID: 24404) or "Hala Stulecia" (Stop ID : 24402), located along Wróblewskiego Street, streetcar line 2 leaves for the "KRZYKI" loop . This direct connection leads to the vicinity of the Sky Tower. The journey should end at the "Wielka" stop (Stop ID: 11203), which is located right in front of the Sky Tower building. This is where Kolejkowo Wroclaw is located.
How to get there from Hydropolis?
The nearest streetcar stop, from which direct access to Kolejkowo is possible, is about 15 minutes away by foot. From the stop "Provincial Office (Museum National)" (Stop ID: 20282), take streetcar line 2 in the direction of loop "KRZYKI" . The streetcar will take you directly to the Sky Tower area. An alternative route is to get from the "Pl. Wróblewskiego" stop (Stop ID: 20201). From here, streetcars of line 4 run towards the "OPORÓW" loop and line 5 in direction "GRABISZYŃSKA (CMENTARY)" . In both cases, get off at stop "Arkady (Capitol)" (Stop ID: 10269). From the "Arkady (Capitol)" stop, you can change to streetcar line 2 towards the "KRZYKI" loop or take a pleasant walk along Powstańców Śląskich Street. After about 15 minutes of walking route you will reach directly to the Sky Tower building, where Kolejkowo is located.
How to get from Panorama Racławicka/National Museum?
The most convenient option is to take streetcar line 2 in the direction of the loop "KRZYKI" . We start our journey at the stop "Provincial Office (National Museum)" (ID of the stop: 20282). The streetcar takes you directly to the Sky Tower building, stopping at the "Wielka" stop (Stop ID: 11203), located right at the entrance to the building. Alternatively, you can take streetcar line 17 towards the "KLECINA" loop . The streetcar departs from the stop "Pl. Nowy Targ" (Stop ID: 10026) and also ends the route near the Sky Tower. Get off at the "Wielka" stop (Stop ID: 11203), from where you will directly reach Kolejkowo Wroclaw.
How to get there from the Opera/Puppet Theater?
After a performance at the Wroclaw Opera House or shopping at Renoma, you can easily reach Kolejkowa using convenient streetcar connections. There are several lines available in this part of the city that lead towards the Sky Tower. Nearby is the route of streetcar line 17 that runs towards the "KLECINA" loop . You can use connection by getting on at the "Opera" stop (Stop ID: 10053). This is a convenient option for those starting their journey in the very center of Wroclaw. Alternatively, you can choose streetcar line 6 in the direction of the "KRZYKI" loop or streetcar line 7 in the direction of the "KLECINA" loop . Both lines depart from the "Renoma" stop (Stop ID : 10250), located on Podwale Street. Regardless of the chosen line, the journey should end at the "Wielka" stop (Stop ID : 11203), which is located directly in front of the Sky Tower building, where houses Kolejkowo Wrocław.
How to get there from the National Music Forum?
Access is fast and does not require transfers. At Krupnicza Street there is a stop "Narodowe Forum Muzyki" (Stop ID: 10241), served by streetcar line No. 6 in the direction of the "KRZYKI" loop and streetcar line No. 7 in the direction of the "KLECINA" loop . Both lines provide direct access to the Sky Tower area. The journey should end at the "Wielka" stop (Stop ID: 11203), which is located right in front of the Sky Tower building. This is where Kolejkowo Wrocław.Kolejkowa is located, using convenient streetcar connections. In this part of the city there are several lines available that lead in the direction of the Sky Tower. Is there a parking lot next to Kolejkowo?
Upon arrival, you can park in the underground parking lot. It is a paid parking area, but you can also look for free parking spaces around the building.

How much do the tickets cost at Kolejkowo?
A regular ticket is 50 PLN, and a discounted ticket is 40 PLN. Children under 3 can visit free of charge. Reduced pricing applies to children aged 3+ and students/youth up to 26 years of age (with a valid student/school ID), pensioners, retirees, people with disabilities, and their caregivers.
Is it necessary to book tickets to Kolejkowo in advance?
No, it is not required. However, we highly encourage purchasing your tickets online—this allows you to skip the ticket office queue and enter at your scheduled time. Please note that reservations are only required for organized groups.
Do I need to print my online tickets?
Needless to say. We take care of the forests and the environment. All you need is a ticket stored on an electronic medium.
Are there group tickets at Kolejkowo?
Are there group tickets at Kolejkowo? Yes. For organized groups, a normal ticket costs - PLN 40, a reduced ticket - PLN 32 A group must have a minimum of 15 people. It is necessary to book in advance - by phone at 880 008 004 or by e-mail: [email protected]
Can we pay by card in Kolejkowo?

How much does a ticket cost for a caregiver accompanying a person with disabilities?
Caregivers are eligible for a discounted ticket.
Are there discounts for Large Family Card (Karta Dużej Rodziny) or other family card holders at Kolejkowo?
No, we do not offer these specific discounts. However, we do provide discounted tickets as well as group rates for groups of over 15 people.
Can I get an invoice for my Kolejkowo ticket?
Yes. In the case of purchasing tickets at the box office, the invoice is issued on the spot. If you purchase tickets online, you can receive an invoice after selecting the "I want to receive a VAT invoice" option when placing an order and providing your invoice details.
Is it possible to buy Kolejkowo tickets as a gift?
Of course! Our gift tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

I bought my tickets online - what happens if I’m running late for my selected time slot?
Don't worry, tickets remain valid for up to one hour after your scheduled time. Being a little late is not a problem!
